Kari Gregg: With her passion for anatomy and physiology, Kari focuses on healthy alignment, awareness of breath and being present in each of her classes. Here, she helps students tap into their own wisdom and creativity to gain a deeper understanding of self. Kari was first introduced to yoga in 2000 while living in Illinois. After moving to San Francisco in 2009, Kari attended the Purusha Yoga School and graduated from her 200-hr Yoga Certification in 2010. Purusha, meaning Òtrue-selfÓ in Sanskrit, is a style of yoga created by Joy Ravelli that facilitates a practice to meet each student where they are, and is flexible enough for those of all ages and abilities.
