the Instructor:
Carrie Birgbauer, M.A., C.Y.I., teaches alignment in Vinyasa
where the emphasis is on breath, inhaling deeply and exhaling
fully. By mindfully breathing, you improve posture and
balance your energy. Yoga quiets your mind, increases
your body awareness, and improves your overall well-being. |

Autumnal
Equinox Yoga Workshop
Sunday, September 19th from 10:30 -12:30pm
Mark
the beginning of Fall with a two-hour yoga practice designed to
cleanse and renew. With an emphasis on twists, you will increase
the flexibility of your back and torso and learn how to effectively
rotate your spinal column. This practice will massage, tone
and rejuvenate your abdominal organs. Find your center as
you move through postures with intention and grace. All levels
welcome!
