Private Yoga Sessions
These 60-, 75-, or 90-minute sessions allow you to work privately with a yoga teacher  to create a practice
that makes sense for your body and your level of experience. While all yoga supports you physically,
emotionally, and spiritually, one-on-one yoga lets you work on what makes sense for youÑat your own pace.

Private sessions can be helpful if you...

  • Are a beginner and you want to get started in yoga without being overwhelmed or intimidated

  • Want to go to the next level in your practice or work more in-depth

  • Have injuries (back, knee, shoulder) or health concerns (stress, arthritis, chronic headaches, insomnia)

  • Want to work toward a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength; target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings or weak knees, or increase your mental focus in a particular sport or activity

  • Want to add yoga to your weight-loss or strength-training program

  • Want to cross-train for marathons or triathlons

  • Want to learn more about yourselfÑgaining awareness without judgment

  • Want to create a home practice so you are able to practice daily or while traveling
     

Semi-private Sessions are available for you and a friend (or invite up to 3 others to join you).
A fifteen minute complimentary consultation can help you decide how to get started and answer any questions.

The cost for a single private yoga session starts at $75.
Package discounts are available for 5 and 10 lesson packages.
Semi-private and small group sessions are also available at discounted prices.

Private Somatic Sessions

These sessions Integrate not only a physical practice but address developmental challenges,
psychological issues, and general curiosity into a body/mind connection.  Many yoga studios
encourage only the physical aspect of yoga but in these private sessions the exploration from
physical leads to an emotional and spiritual journey with the intention of having inner peace
well-being and a place to ground the spirit.

Sessions range from 60-90 minutes.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy can be applied to any aspect of your life from
wanting to improve your physical body, to recovering from an
illness or injury to suffering from a loss or just wanting to learn
how to create a more balanced state of mind. Trust the universe

Personal Training

Personal Training is specific to a person's need. However, we specialize in weight gain/weight loss, post rehabilitation, people brand new to exercise or those who want to learn how to have fun and exercise at the same time.

Prices vary among trainers.  However, average cost is $70 per hour.

Training outdoors, training in pairs, and individual training indoors or outdoors is available.

Counseling and Weight Management

One-on-one counseling is offered to those seeking support regarding weight loss/gain, disordered eating, body image, and nutritional guidelines.
Also offered are group classes specific to healthful eating and living.
Private chef services available.

Prices vary depending upon specific client need(s).
The initial consultation is $75 per hour.
Small groups are $35 for a 75 minute session. 

The small group's primary purpose is to provide a safe container for individuals to share struggles, patterns of behavior, and fears in relationship to food, weight, and body image. This could include preoccupation with food, compulsive over or under eating, bulimia (binging and purging), over or under exercising, body dysmorphia, night eating, regularly skipping meals, and/or feelings of guilt and shame associated with eating. Pilate's Private Instruction and Mat Classes

Pilate's is a mind-body physical fitness system. It is challenging, rehabilitative and fun. Pilate's exercises focus on strengthening the abdominal, spine and pelvis Ñ the body's "postural core," as well as improving strength and flexibility of the legs and arms. Pilate's teaches you to breathe with movement, to focus and execute movement efficiently and to work on coordination.

Private and semi-private sessions available.

Mommy and Me Pilates/Developmental Play

This unique class includes 30 minute core Pilates / 30 minute play. Moms, bring your babies and have fun getting in shape while meeting other Moms. This special Pilates class designed for new Moms and their babies will help mothers rejuvenate and tone their whole body. Babies will improve their motor skills and enjoy the social interaction. So bring your baby and  get ready to work those abs. For babies 6 weeks and older.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than
more classic forms of massage. Thai massage is
also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist
uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move
you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people
say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work.
Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure
are also used during treatment.

People describe Thai massage as both
relaxing and energizing.
