BREATHE With Amy Naber
Keep the intentions ignited into 2021 with this 2 hour workshop suitable for all levels. We will spend the first hour creating heat with a Gentle Hatha Flow and clearing our minds for Sankalpa-Heart Centered Intentions.
Then, we will rest in restorative poses with relaxation, self-hypnosis techniques, and guided imagery to ignite and keep intentions flowing into action.
This is an afternoon you won’t want to miss. Leave feeling awakened and ready for a spring into March with vibrant health, joy and clear direction.
We will save time from 4:00-4:30 for reflection and connection for those that would like to stay on the Zoom Call.
