Amy’s  Breathe Method uses the practice of hypnotherapy and counseling to empower positive suggestions to facilitate specific changes in the subconscious mind and calm the nervous system.

You and I begin in a calm and trusting environment with an open dialogue where together we discover what is happening between your body and mind. 

We determine suggestibility to the subconscious as well as an introduction to self-hypnosis. I may use guided visualization and begin hypnosis techniques or the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help release anything that is STUCK energy. This personalized care can create positive change with almost anything that is inhibiting you from full emotional and physical freedom and your personal power. You choose?
