  LIVE Vinyasa Yoga Description

  • This is an ONLINE, LIVE class taught by AMY via Zoom.

  • Advanced sign up is necessary and normal pricing applies. Packages and memberships apply as payment.

  • One hour prior to class start time, students will be emailed the Zoom link. This can be accessed on any tablet, phone, or computer.

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga joining the physical postures or asanas with conscious breath, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. By connecting breath and movement you will feel a satisfying sense of inward connection and strength.

LEARN SELF-HYPNOSIS

RADICAL SELF CARE

In a group setting on Zoom learn self-hypnosis techniques to ground, center and focus on you. Each week will have a theme and include relaxation/hypnosis.
