LIVE Vinyasa Yoga Description
This is an ONLINE, LIVE class taught by AMY via Zoom.
Advanced sign up is necessary and normal pricing applies. Packages and memberships apply as payment.
One hour prior to class start time, students will be emailed the Zoom link. This can be accessed on any tablet, phone, or computer.
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga joining the physical postures or asanas with conscious breath, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. By connecting breath and movement you will feel a satisfying sense of inward connection and strength.

RADICAL SELF CARE
In a group setting on Zoom learn self-hypnosis techniques to ground, center and focus on you. Each week will have a theme and include relaxation/hypnosis.
