Destress to Reset – for Woman
Feeling burnout?
Ruminating about past, Present future?
Having trouble making decisions and easily distracted?

This 3 hour retreat away from obligations will reset your nervous system as together we will:

Start w/ Gentle Yoga and stretching
One hour.
Break Tea / chat.

Learn about stress and what it does to the nervous system and learn in the moment tips and tricks to destress at any time. Leave with a destress to reset plan.
About an hour

End with guided imagery meditation and breathing restorative yoga.

Each woman will receive a recording of guided imagery do reset and renew.

Bring: journal, yoga mat (? Unless we use a yoga studio)

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious & having trouble breathing?

Without breath our nervous system is taxed, cortisol rises,

our emotional health suffers.

I will provide you with an understanding of breathing techniques to reduce stress, help with sleep, and relax deeply. Hypnosis, self care guide, a relaxation sleep hypnosis script for practice and use. Skills that will help you step out of ineffective habits & ultimately better breathing.

Presenter: Amy Naber, Internationally-known Hypnotherapist, Coach, Yoga/Meditation & breath work teacher, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master’s in Psychology, a Certified Yoga teacher, EFT Practitioner, private practice in San Francisco. She has designed wellness programs for people all over the world on self-hypnosis, sleep, restorative yoga, meditation, breath work. 


Each session will include audio recording of hypnosis and a class handout.

Session structure: 

  • Opening Circle - 10 minute short check-in

  • Group Breath Practice, BOX, 4,7,8, Yogic Breath

  • Closing thoughts.
